It was just a decent option for a weekend breather in Richmond with great value-to-price ratio. Check-in was super fast, and the front desk agent, Janet, was really friendly and helpful. Keep expectations simple and enjoy the staff's warmth.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the nice TV in our room and the clean towels. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for our family of five.
In my wife’s opinion, the place could really use a better breakfast for families with kids.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and cleanliness of my room. The friendly staff made check-in a breeze, and I appreciated the pet-friendly policy as I was traveling with my furry companion. Accessibility was good too.
More accessible facilities for seniors would be appreciated.

During my stay, I found it convenient to have access to coffee in the lobby. Being accustomed to European coffee culture, it was nice to grab a cup before heading out for the day.
The overall cleanliness of the areas I encountered fell short. I noticed issues in my room that made me uncomfortable.

The pet policy here is flexible, welcoming furry companions without extra fees. You can easily navigate a U-Haul truck with a trailer through the ample parking layout, which is a bonus when traveling with bulky vehicles.
Inside has a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke despite the smoke-free promise. The cleanliness falls short in various areas—the shower drains poorly, requiring frequent breaks to prevent overflow, and we only found one bar of soap in the room. On top of that, the overall ambiance seems compromised by loitering patrons, and I spotted broken glass and other debris around the property. The building’s exterior shows signs of neglect, like trash from recent renovations piled up near walkways.

Comfortable beds. Clean sheets. Noisy at night due to trucks. Front desk service could improve.

missingWrote a review on 25 Aprclean roomfriendly staffloose toiletfalling toilet seatparking lot rat
The room had a loose toilet and a falling toilet seat, making the overall experience uncomfortable. Although the housekeeper was patient when I checked out late, her kindness couldn't overshadow the facility's issues. Additionally, seeing a rat in the parking lot felt alarming. However, I did appreciate the clean room and the pet-friendly policy, which made traveling with my dog easier.

The room was very basic but had clean-smelling towels and comfy pillows. The bed was firm, so not super soft, but it was okay for a night's sleep. The floors felt dirty, and there were a few cockroaches near the door, which was a bit unsettling. Good TV with decent channels and water pressure was nice. Parking was well-lit, and there was a safe in the room too.
